As part of the 11th Street Bridge Project, the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will close the 11th Street SE on-ramp to westbound I-695 (Southeast/Southwest Freeway) from 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 12 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2014.
