Southern – Transportation Consultant, LLC (VJS-TC), a transportation planning and traffic engineering consulting company, in the Seattle area in 1998 and relocated to the east coast in 2009 as a two-man team with her right-hand man Gary A. Norris, PE, a senior traffic engineer.
